Resizing

Purchasing your correct size for rings online can be difficult sometimes. Our samples offer a great way of making sure you know how a ring sits on your finger before making any final commitments. Most of our pieces are available as samples, check them out here.

If you still need a size adjustment, this is how we can help.

Free silver ring resize within 30 days of dispatch

All silver rings are entitled to one free resize within 30 days of the order's dispatch. Just email contact@sketchybonescollective.com quoting your order number and ‘RESIZE’ in the subject line.

UK customers are responsible for covering shipping costs to us, we’ll take care of the rest.

International customers are responsible for covering shipping costs to us + £25 for us to send your item(s) back.

Resizing silver rings after first free service/30 days

Email contact@sketchybonescollective.com quoting your order number and ‘RESIZE’ in the subject line.

UK customers: £25 per ring + £10 postage.

International customers: £25 per ring + £25 postage.

Additionally, the customer is responsible for covering shipping costs to us. We recommend a tracked service.

Resizing silver chains

All silver chains can be resized subject to resizing fees.

UK customers: £25 base fee per chain (shipping included).

International customers: £25 base fee per chain + £25 shipping.

International (non-UK) customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees.

Sketchy Bones Collective does not take responsibility for any items damaged or lost in transit which are sent by the customer. Please use a tracked delivery service with content insurance.

We currently do not offer resizing on gold jewellery. Please contact us if you’re unsure about your sizing.
