The terms “Sketchy Bones Collective” or “Sketchy Bones” or “SBC” or “our” or “we” or “us” refers to the owner of this website, Sketchy Bones Collective Ltd (company number 12600932). The terms “you” or “your” or “the customer” refers to the user of this website.

Make sure to read through our Terms of Service, Return Policy, Shipping, Resizing, Jewellery Care and FAQ pages before placing an order with us. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch via email contact@sketchybonescollective.com.

As all of our jewellery is handmade, we ask for the stated lead times per product page for your order to be made. Please be aware that orders from outside the UK are subject to customs fees and other duties which are your responsibility.

Prices on our website are in £GBP Pound Sterling. Wherever you are based in the world, you will see the transaction in £GBP but will be charged in your local currency.

We take the utmost care in handcrafting the items you order but precious metals are not indestructible. It is important you treat your jewellery with care to make sure it lasts a lifetime. Make sure to read our Jewellery Care page.

Each sale is subject to the following terms;

The customer is provided with the jewellery care guide within the overall package for the jewellery. Please also take notice of the jewellery care guide here.
Completing the transaction using the customer's chosen method of payment constitutes an even exchange between Sketchy Bones Collective and the customer.
Sketchy Bones Collective exclusively reserves the right to forensically inspect any returned items to determine whether any damage has been caused by either an error/defect in/caused by the production of the item, or by the customer's own care, or lack thereof, of the item.
Any returned jewellery is initially done so at the customer's own expense. If the item is found to be defective then postage shall be reimbursed to the customer and either a full refund or free replacement item will be sent to the customer, depending on their preference. If the item is found to have not been faulty, and thus the damage been done to the item whilst in the customer’s, or another's, care, then the damaged item shall either be returned to the customer or a replacement offered at a discounted rate.
If an item has broken into more than one piece, it is the customer's responsibility to return all pieces together in the same package. Failing to do so will result in an inconclusive inspection and no postage reimbursements will be issued and the damaged item shall either be returned to the customer, or a replacement offered at a discounted rate.
For items damaged whilst in transit in the care of the delivery company please contact the delivery company first to see if compensation is available. If they are not supportive then please contact us to help resolve the matter.
Sketchy Bones Collective sends jewellery via a tracked service using the address given by the customer. Upon failed delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the delivery company to resolve the issue. If they are not supportive, please contact us.
Sketchy Bones Collective will provide order updates for customers via email. It is the responsibility of the customer to acknowledge, or respond when required, to emails they receive. The customer should make sure to check their spam/junk/promotional email folders accordingly.

Please note that Sketchy Bones Collective is entirely online based and public access to our workshop is not possible.
